What Are Flat Feet?

  • Be sure not to overextend or push your limbs too hard or you could risk pulling or straining your muscle

How Flip-Flops Affect the Feet

Flip-flops are a popular choice for summer footwear, but they can significantly impact foot biomechanics compared to walking barefoot.
